End User License Agreement

When you buy a Pssst! Instruments product from us or our retailers (or legally receive one for free), you get a personal, non-exclusive license to use it in your own music and audio work.

You can: use the product in compositions, recordings, film, games and sound design, commercial or not.

You cannot: resell, lend, transfer, share or redistribute the product or any of its parts; use its sounds to create competing products such as sample libraries, virtual instruments, preset packs or sound-effect collections; use it to train AI or machine-learning models; or reverse-engineer, decompile or modify the software.

One license covers one user, on up to three computers used by that person. Your license key is personal and non-transferable – sharing, publishing or reselling it terminates this license. Every copy is watermarked.

We take great care to describe our instruments precisely and to show them in detail in our videos. For that reason all sales are final and we do not offer refunds (we make them only in unusual situations).

The product remains the property of Pssst! Instruments – you are buying a license, not the product itself. It is provided „as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for any direct or indirect consequences of its use. All rights reserved.
