End User License Agreement

When you buy a product (or legally receive a freebie) from Pssst! Instruments or our retailers, we grant you a single-user, non‐exclusive license to use this product in a musical compositions or sound design. However, we do not allow you to use our products in the process of creating other sample libraries, virtual instruments, content of the sfx stocks or any other competitive products, this is strictly prohibited. You are also prohibited from using our products for AI machine learning purposes.

Pssst! Instruments is not responsible for a direct or indirect consequences of the use of its products. We keep the ownership of our products, we do not sell them, we only grant a license. Actions as re-selling, lending, transferring or sharing our products or their parts are prohibited. All rights are reserved.
