Digital Products — No Refunds

All products sold by Pssst Instruments are **digital downloads**. Due to the nature of digital goods — which are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once accessed — we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after a purchase has been completed.

This policy is in place because:

– Digital files are delivered immediately upon payment
– There is no way to „return” a digital product once it has been downloaded or accessed
– This is standard practice across the digital audio industry
